What this contact form is not for
✕
Coverage determinations — we can't tell you whether a specific service is covered for your specific situation. Only your insurer or Medicare can make that determination.
✕
Legal or medical advice — nothing we can provide constitutes professional advice of any kind. For coverage disputes, contact a SHIP counselor at shiphelp.org — they're free and trained for exactly this.
✕
Provider referrals — we don't recommend specific providers, plans, or insurance products. The directory lists entities in the system; it doesn't rank or endorse them.
✕
Advertising or sponsorship — we don't accept advertising, paid placement, sponsored content, or affiliate arrangements. Please don't ask.
Need Medicare help right now?
Every state has a free SHIP counselor — trained volunteers who help Medicare beneficiaries with enrollment, billing disputes, coverage questions, and appeals at no cost. They're not us, and they can do things we can't. Find yours at shiphelp.org →
